These terms govern your use of charterphinisi.com and the booking services we provide. By using the website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Booking terms

• Submitting a booking request on the site is a request to book, not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability with the boat operator before a booking is final.
• Trip details (dates, cabins, guest count) must be accurate. We rely on the information you provide when coordinating with operators.
• CharterPhinisi acts as a booking platform that connects travelers with independently operated phinisi boats. Onboard safety, service, and trip execution are the responsibility of the boat operator.

Payment

• Payments are processed through Midtrans. Supported methods appear at checkout.
• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Any currency conversion is performed by your card issuer or payment provider.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and the operator has confirmed availability.

Cancellation policy

Each boat operator sets its own cancellation and refund terms. We communicate the applicable terms before you confirm payment. As a general guideline:

• Cancellations made well in advance are typically eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to the operator's policy.
• Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable.
• Weather-related cancellations by the operator are handled case by case — usually with a date change or refund.

Liability

Trips involve sea travel and outdoor activities. You participate at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance that covers marine activities. CharterPhinisi is not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by third parties, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Indonesian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
